Elaine and Dan’s Yorkshire Barn wedding was a combination of rustic elegance and country charm. “Daniel wanted Stags so they played a large part in the theme of the day”. Situated in acres of North Yorkshire countryside this was the perfect location as Elaine is from Crook and Dan from Helmsley. “We also also fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it”.
The ceremony was held at Our Lady Immaculate and St Cuthbert’s in Crook followed by a reception at the The Wedding Barn.
Elaine looked stunning in her dress by the designer Mori Lee, an Ivory sculptured gown with embroidered appliqué with crystal beading and a sheer bodice.
“We loved the church service and making our vows but also the speeches”.
What would be your top tip for another bride/groom to be?
“Just relax on the day and enjoy every minute, don’t get stressed about the little things. Make sure you make time to spend it with each other – don’t try and get to everyone let them come to you.
We had the most amazing day surrounded by our family and friends”.
